Ⅸ. Qingdao Zhonghai International Community (Intelligent Project)

     Zhonghai International Community Project is located in Licang District, Qingdao City, with Jiu Shui Road to the north, Haier Overpass in the south and Wannian Quan Road in the east. The total land area of the project is about 48.7 hectares, and the total floor area above ground is controlled within 1.561 million square meters. The project is designed to create a new urban complex, with more than 70 high-rise residential buildings.
